Although we have a preferred standard production time, we are flexible in meeting short deadlines.

With this level of flexibility we prefer to provide tailored quotations on each enquiry. This allows us to ensure that you continue to receive the best value.
To assist us in providing you with a high level of service, please consider the following points:

• All products have a link to an enquiry sheet. Please answer as many prompts as possible and then forward this enquiry to us. We will respond promptly.

• Once your are ready to proceed, we prefer all orders on your formal order sheet, clearly showing your address, contact numbers and point of contact.

• When ordering a tailor made item with your crest, please supply artwork as an eps or jpeg file if emailing or by disk. A full sample is also acceptable.

• If you do not have an electronic art file or sample, then please provide the clearest and largest print of your logo.

• We provide proofs for all tailored designs prior to going into production

• You may place orders by email, fax or by post. We can also offer a personalized sales service.

• Presentation Dates – if you have a specific date for the completion of your order, please advise this with your initial enquiry or by the time you place your order.

• Delivery – We offer a range of services depending on your location. Small parcels will be posted by ordinary mail. Larger deliveries will be made by Courier. If you have a preference on delivery, please advise at the time of ordering.

• Payment - payment of accounts is due 7 days from invoice date. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or EFT. If paying by EFT, please contact us for full details.
